One research has found that more than 5 hours of smartphone use per day is the cause of obesity. Due to this, the problem of cardiovascular diseases is also increasing in people.
Mirari Mantilla Maron, chief researcher of Simon Bolivar University, Columbia, says people should have access to multiple devices and numerous information about the threats besides access to the number of smartphones.
He said that this research has proved that obesity increases with the use of smartphones for more than 5 hours a day.
This research has happened on 1060 students of the average age of 19 to 20 years. In research, 700 girls and 360 boys were involved. According to research, the use of smartphones more than 5 hours a day increases the risk of obesity growing by 43 percent.
