Apple’s Intel Smartphone Modem bought for Rs 7,000 crore

Apple has purchased the smartphone modem division of chipset manufacturer Intel. The deal has been bought for $ 1 billion, or about 7 thousand crore rupees. The leak report of this deal was already coming up between Apple and Intel, but now it has been proven. This deal will be great for Apple’s upcoming wireless technology.Along with this, Qualcomm and Intel’s dispute with the deal has ended.

Apple has done this deal after Intel announced its 5G modem business closure in April this year. Actually Apple had been trying for a long time that its dependence on Qualcomm for mobile chipset is low and the company itself will work on it. In such a deal, Apple has a lot of significance.With this deal, Apple will hire approximately 2,200 employees and 17,000 patents of wireless technology by the end of the year. It is being said that this deal between Intel and Apple will be completed between October and December this year.
